  • Eat a spoonful of peanut butter. This will help stop the spasms.
  • Hold your breath as long as possible and have a drink at a time when you feel that looms hiccup.
  • Few times quickly and deeply inhale the air and slowly exhale it.
  • Drink of water upside down. You can do this by bending over and drinking from the opposite edge of the glass.
  • Hold your nose and drink a glass of water as quickly as possible.
  • Take half teaspoon of mustard, add a little vinegar, this treat the tip of the tongue mass (approximately 1 / 3).
  • At the first sign of hiccups rub earlobes.
  • Breathe into a paper bag.
  • Make 10 consecutive sips of water from a glass without stopping to catch his breath.
  • Plug the ears, index fingers, and nose – the little fingers. The point here is that you break the cycle and respiration breaths – exhales.

  • Push the point of ga-shu, which is located next to the seventh thoracic vertebra at the bottom of the blades.

  • Suck a slice of lemon or something that has a very pronounced taste.
  • Find a reason to laugh. Laughter really helps with hiccups.
  • Index finger and thumb firmly squeeze the wings of the nose at the spot where the bone ends and cartilage begins.
  • Raise the tongue with a teaspoon of the larynx. This stimulates the nerve endings in the larynx, which send signals to the diaphragm or other muscles involved in breathing, cessation of hiccups.
  • Release the air from the lungs through the mouth with a slow, smooth stream.
  • As soon as a hiccup, hold your breath and connect the tips of his little finger with larger fingers, forming a ring on each hand.
  • Push down on the soft spot behind the ears.
  • Squeeze the diaphragm area (just above the waist).
  • Hold your breath, clasping his hands behind his back, and stooping down, take a few sips from the cup, standing on the table.
  • Ask someone to have guided the knife's edge of your nose and stared, unblinking look at this point. Do not forget about safety, it is better to take a dull knife.
  • Open your mouth wider, take a language, a little pull and hold a few seconds.
  • Muttered several times in a row any patter, without pausing for breath.
  • Quite Away from all these processes and try to concentrate on some matter. After some time you noted with surprise that not even notice the hiccup was.
  • Do not overeat!

If a hiccup happens you've talked to does not pass, it could be a symptom of very serious diseases. In such cases it is better not to engage in self-medicate, and in time to see a doctor.
